Enrolling in Out of School Hours Care 2024
We have implemented a new software, OWNA. This software will be instrumental in streamlining our processes, particularly regarding enrolment.
All enrolment procedures will be conducted through the OWNA app.

These can be completed online or on a phone or computer.
Required information and attachments:
- CRN – child and adult (these are different). Please get in touch with us before enrolment if you do not have CRN numbers and are not claiming CCS.
- Medicare Number, expiry and child’s position on the card. Please contact us before the enrolment opening if you do not have Medicare.
- Child’s Registered Medical Practitioner or Service name and phone number
- For all contacts (Guardians and Emergency Contacts that ARE NOT parents/guardians), you are required to complete the following information:
- First name
- Surname
- Relationship to child
- Known to the child as
- Street Address
- Suburb
- Postcode
- Mobile number
- For guardians/primary contacts you are required to provide all of the above as well as an email address.
- Copy of your child’s Immunisation History Statement – this will need to be attached.
- Copy of your child’s birth certificate – this will need to be attached.
- If your child has anaphylaxis, allergies, asthma or medical conditions – you will need to attach copies of the relevant anaphylaxis, allergy or asthma plan
- If there is a court order or parenting plan for your child – you will need to attach copies of the relevant order.

Enrolments are for the duration of the calendar year; current families will need to re-enrol for 2024.
Families needing additional support such as an interpreter can contact us, and we will facilitate this support.
